Refund policy

You may return unopened items within 14 calendar days of the date the order was
delivered to the delivery address specified on the order.

A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on returns or exchanges of any opened products on
requests received after 14 calendar days of the date the order was delivered to the delivery
address, unless diagnosed as a defective unit.

If a returned item is not in new condition, not in its complete packaging, and/or any
accessories are missing from the returned items, 15% less of full purchase price will be
refunded or credited.

Product warranty applies on defective units for replacement, as specified within product
packaging for each individual product. All return shipping costs, for whatever the reason,
are covered by the customer.

Also, please include your original order number to ensure the fastest possible response.

Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7
business days of our receiving your return. Shipping charges may be refunded if the return
is due to an error. In all other instances shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
