Shipping policy

We offer shipping options to the United States and Canada. Orders can take up to two
business days to process. Actual transit time will vary depending on the method of
shipping chosen during checkout.

All pricing is in US Dollars. Canadian shipments will be charged based on the exchange
rate of the credit card used to make a purchase (please contact your credit card company
for details).

All orders shipping to Canada are subject to two fees. There is a local brokerage fee and
Customs duty taxes. These fees vary by region and are not collected by Flextech LLC.
Please contact your local customs office for further details. We currently do not ship to
Military addresses (APO, FPO, etc.).
